- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years experience in architectural supervision, quality control, or luxury commercial/hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and luxury finishing standards.
- Experience working on owner/developer side is highly preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and contractor management skills.

Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the owner in supervising and controlling architectural quality throughout project execution.
